Box braids and Senegalese twists

For the last few weeks I have been trying to decide between Box braids and Senegalese twists. To be honest with you I really want yarn braids.
So what is the difference

"Senegalese twists are essentially two-strand twists done with hair extensions to add length and volume. The extensions can be attached to the head with one-inch braids before the twists begin, or they can be attached using the twisting technique from the very beginning. There are a few styling or the options available to people who would like to carry Senegalese twists, but many of them involve the same basic concept."

" Yarn braids (a.k.a Nu Locs) are simply extension braids that are braided with acrylic yarn instead of synthetic hair. You really only need an inch or two of hair."

"Box Braids use synthetic hair rather than natural hair. Box Braids consist of three-strand braids created by crossing opposing strands, one pair on top of the other. Since this is a difficult thing to do using only two hands, two braiding stylists are often required."
